What is the Google Ads credit, and how do I qualify for it?

The ad credit is provided directly by Google for new ad accounts. When your account meets Google’s minimum spend requirement within the first 60 days, Google automatically applies the credit — up to $1,800, depending on your spend level. If you spend $600 in the first 60 days, you get $600 in credits, spend $1800, get $1,200 or spend $3,600 and get $1800.
What's the minimum ad budget I need?

We recommend a minimum ad budget of $1,000-$1,500/month to see meaningful results. This gives Google enough data to optimize your campaigns effectively. If you want to qualify for the $1,200 Google credit, you'll need to spend $1,800 in 60 days ($600/month minimum). Your ad budget is separate from our management fees.
What if I already have a Google Ads account or I’m running ads?

No problem. You can still take advantage of our 25% setup discount when we rebuild, restructure, or optimize your existing campaigns.
The Google ad credit itself only applies to new accounts, but you’ll still benefit from a google ads expert, professional setup, improved performance, and lower cost per click through expert management.
We can audit your existing account for free and show exactly where your campaigns could improve.
What happens after the setup period?

After your included management period (1-3 months depending on package), we offer ongoing management services at 15%% of your monthly ad spend (minimum $300/month). This includes continuous optimization, monthly reporting, strategy adjustments, and dedicated support. Most clients continue with management because PPC requires ongoing attention to maintain and improve results.
Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes! We create the Google Ads account in your name, and share access to the account as needed. If you ever decide to manage it yourself or work with another agency, you we transfer the account to you, where you will see all the account history, campaign data, and any remaining ad credit. We never hold your account hostage.
Do I get the ad credit right away?

Not instantly, but close! Google applies your ad credit once your new account reaches its spend threshold we select (either $600, $1800, $3600) at any point in the 60 days eligibility period. Once that’s met, the credit will appear automatically in your account.
We monitor this process for you and confirm when your credit has been added.
Can you guarantee results?

We can't guarantee specific results because many factors affect campaign performance (competition, seasonality, your website, your offer, etc.). However, we guarantee expert setup, best practices implementation, and ongoing optimization. If campaigns underperform, we'll work with you to identify and fix issues or help you transition to other marketing strategies.
How does the ongoing management fee work?

After your initial setup, ongoing management starts at $250/month, plus 15% of ad spend after $1,000.
This covers campaign optimization, reporting, A/B testing, and continuous improvements so your ads keep getting better over time.

What happens if I pause or stop my ads later?

You have full control — you can pause, restart, or adjust your campaigns anytime.
We’ll help you scale up when things are busy and slow down when needed — no long-term contracts, no surprise fees.
Do you offer other types of ads besides Google Search?

Yes! We can help you out with Bing Ads and YouTube Video Ads. We can also manage Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. Many clients start with Google Search (highest intent) and expand to other channels once we've established what works.
