We understand that it remains your choice to accept or decline our new policy about emergency support work outside of business hours and we accept your decision.

We will of course continue to honour our hosting service under the agreed-upon terms in our contract with your company or until you find a new hosting provider, whichever comes first.

In any case and by the end of the service period, we will send you all the files required for the new hosting company to transfer the website to their server, as well as all DNS information on records.

Note: If your yearly hosting service was supposed to be renewed before August 1st 2022, please contact us right away as there is not much time for you to find a different provider for your hosting service moving forward.
