Hosting service updateNew policy for work performed outside of business hours

For clients who are hosting with us and who require Emergency support (outside regular office hours) for events such as website crashes, damage from hacking, self-inflicted technical faux pas etc. there is a number of hours already included in the hosting package price. This number of hours will vary based on the hosting option that has been chosen when subscribing to this service.

Beyond this allocated time, we charge our regular hourly rate of $175.00 per hour during office hours. An additional fee of $50.00 per hour will be added to the regular hourly rate of $175.00 for work performed outside of our regular office hours.

Please note that:
1. This work is billed in addition to any standard service billing such as monthly SEO or PPC.
2. Outside regular hours means – before 8 AM or after 5 PM Monday to Friday or any BC statutory holiday based on Pacific Standard Time unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We ask all our clients to read and acknowledge this policy.It will take effect on August 1st, 2022

If your current hosting and support package does not appear in the list below, we will contact you directly to make sure you understand what is included in your subscription.

Hosting & Support package A

– $500 per year or $50 per month
– Cloud Security & Accelerated Performance
– Disk Space up to 1GB
– Monthly Bandwidth: 5GB
– Backups: Weekly

Additional support hours for work required outside regular business hours will be billed at our regular hourly rate for up to 4 hours (per year) and thereafter at $225.00 per hour.

Hosting & Support package B

– $750 per year or $75 per month
– Cloud Security & Accelerated Performance
– Dedicated and actively monitored servers.
– Disk Space up to 3GB
– Monthly Bandwidth: 10GB
– Backups: Daily

Additional support hours outside regular business hours will be charged at our regular hourly rate.

Hosting and Support package C

– $1000 per year or $99 per month
– Cloud Security & Accelerated Performance
– Dedicated and actively monitored servers.
– Disk Space up to 10GB
– Monthly Bandwidth: 30GB
– Backups: Daily

Additional support hours outside regular business hours NO CHARGE – provided the problem does not originate from lax security on part of the client (Hacker logs in with client credentials).
